By submitting this appications you are electronically acknowledging that you have read and understand the content of each of the following statements.

I certify that the facts contained in this application (and accompanying resumes, if any) are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any false statement, omission, misrepresentation on this application or negative information discovered pertaining to me is sufficient cause for refusal to hire, or dismissal if I have been employed, no matter when discovered by the company.

I understand that nothing contained in this application is intended to create an employment contract. Employment contracts may only be executed in writing by the President. It is expressly understood that employment status is "At Will" and either myself or the Company, may terminate employment with or without cause, at any time, for any reason other than for discrimination.

In the event of any dispute arising from or related to this application or employment or any breach thereof, I agree that such dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration before a single neutral arbitrator chosen by the parties, or if the parties cannot agree, chosen pursuant to the procedures established by the American Arbitration Association. Any such arbitration shall be governed by the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. A judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The exclusive venue for any arbitration, or any court action to compel arbitration or otherwise enforce this agreement (except for actions for injunctive relief), shall be the county where the Company office is located in which the Employee is employed.

I understand that completion of this application does not indicate there is a position open and does not obligate the Company to hire. If hired I agree to abide by all Company work rules, policies and procedures.

During the course of my employment, I may have access to confidential information regarding Sungate Energy Solutions, Inc, our suppliers, our products and/or our customers. I agree I will not reveal or divulge any such information unless it is authorized by the President, in writing. I further agree to abide by all company established safeguards to ensure customer, vendor and employee anonymity as required by federal law. I understand any breach of this policy will not be tolerated and legal action may be taken by the Company.
