Bradley Smith is the CEO and Founder of Sungate Energy Solutions. Through his professional leadership team, Bradley actively directs all operations of the company, from Marketing to Sales and Production and administration and accounting. Bradley is a big believer in taking care of his customers and his employees. Bradley has been in the construction industry for over 3 decades and understands all aspects of the home improvement industry. He also and obtained a Masters Degree from the university of Ca. Santa Barbara. Brad is no stranger to the Home Improvement Industry. Having spent several years, working his way through college building and personally improving homes as a contractor, then 8 years working for home Improvement companies as a field representative and manager, he spent the last 20 years as a successful business owner and operator. Brad's goal is to help homeowners improve their homes with not just a beautiful home improvement, but one that saves them money and helps the environment. With his vast experience in the industry, Bradley has carefully researched and selected the best products available in the industry. These products offer quality and in many cases quickly pay for themselves in energy savings. He has researched products that offer low maintenance, value and that increase your homes value. These products also offer energy solutions, such as Solar Home Energy systems, Energy Efficient Windows and Exterior Coating and Domestic Solar Hot Water Heating systems. After a successful career in the Home Improvement Industry, Bradley now coaches other people how to achieve the same success. Alyson has witnessed the addition of numerous energy saving and energy-efficient products into Sungate's portfolio during her four-year tenure with the Company. The benefits of each product are significant, both environmentally and economically. As Sungate's VP, Finance & Operations, pragmatism reigns as there is no better incentive to reducing our carbon footprint than saving money. Still, there is much we can learn from other countries that harness the power of nature and convert these resources into renewable energy sources. This, combined with conservation efforts and new technological developments, holds the key to reducing our dependence upon consumable energy products and lessening our impact upon the environment. Alyson holds a BA, MBA, MA & MA Cert. with a background in Finance and Operations spanning from Treasury in a Fortune 500 Company and investment banking in New York to her current position with Sungate. Her travels have led her to remote destinations that promote alternative energy applications such as geothermal energy production in Iceland, wind power farms in New Mexico and environmental conservation in the Galapagos |

Tim Larson is Sungate Energy Solutions Vice President of Production. He has been in the home improvement business for over 25 years. Tims teenage years were spent working on a farm and as such was afforded the opportunity to learn many lessons about hard work and solid work ethics. After Finishing High School Tim immediately went to work doing construction work and as most young people do bounced around from plumbing to electric to framing but ultimately found his niche in the finish carpentry trade. In the early 1990 Tim hung up his tool belt and took a job with Sears home Improvements as a Field supervisor. His roll there was to take critical measurements and build material take offs so that the company would have its best chance of profitability on each job. Timothy quickly came up the ranks there and was given production management roles and eventually was given a regional operations management role as Sears deployed more home improvement offices in the western United States. It was during those years that he was charged with securing over 13 different state required contracting licenses. After seven years with Sears Home Improvements Timothy was promoted into a Vice President role and help solidify many territories across the country into well performing profit centers. Timothy finally left the Sears organization after thirteen years to start his career with Sungate. In May 2002 Tim assumed his role as the Vice President of Production for Sungate. Its been a great ride and more then anything he appreciates the opportunity that has been granted to him continue his education in the home improvement industry by getting certified through NARI as a Kitchen and Bath Remodeler as well as a General Remodeler. Our VP of Production always encourages those around him to always look for the opportunity to continue education whenever possible. In General Tims philosophy with business is the same that he has in life and that is that you create your own destiny by paying attention and doing the little things that make a difference everyday. |

My name is Terri Rivers. I operate out of the corporate office located in San Diego, Ca. and have been with SUNGATE ENERGY SOLUTIONS for two years. My course of study and ongoing training coupled with fifteen years in Human Resources are a testament to the enjoyment I gain from my chosen field of work. My experiences at SUNGATE echo that sense of fulfillment. It is a pleasure to work for a company that views every employee as a valuable resource. I am the Marketing Manager here at Sungate Energy Solutions. I have been with the company for five years now and I can honestly say that I would not want to work any where else. I started at the bottom and through the years worked my way up to the top. This company is the kind of place where if you have talent and want to succeed it does not go unnoticed. I went from making cold calls to working in our scheduling department.
After a year I became manager of the scheduling department. This department is sort of the hub of the company. They are the middle man between marketing and sales. After two years of managing that department I was promoted to Assistant Marketing Manager. After working hard and proving my devotion to the success of the company I became the Marketing Manager which is my current position.
I went to school for criminal justice and when I finished I thought that was the field I would go into. My enjoyment and level of satisfaction that I got from working with Sungate quickly changed my mind. Not only is this a fun and exciting place to work, it also a company that you know at the end of the day you have made a difference in peoples lives and the future of our planet.
It is very gratifying to work for a place where you know, for every customer gained, is a contribution to the future of our planet. All of products are top of the line, energy efficient products. Our product line will result in our customers getting a 100% return on investment, not many companies that can make that claim. The entire staff, from the bottom up, is devoted to pioneering the push for green products for homes in America. This company is not just about making money. Sungate is dedicated to the future of our customers and our planet. All of our products, at the end of the day, puts money back in our customers pocket, every time I think about that it puts a smile on my face.
My next position with the company will hopefully be Marketing Director. I truly hope that I finish my working days here at Sungate and continue the push to save our planet. |

As the ESA I perform a variety of duties to assist and support all of our Branch Offices and Field Teams. It is very important to the staff at Sungate Energy Solutions to provide our Field Teams with the tools and knowledge to pass on to our customers. As the company recruiter it is my responsibility to obtain the best in the business to represent our vision and goals and to educate our customers. An industry veteran of solar electricity since 1992, Chris joined Sungate in the capacity of Renewable Energy Product Development Manager of all company offices. Chris's extensive background in the commercial and residential PV business is an integral component of Sungate's current and future growth. Chris'core responsibilities is to develope, plan, test-drive the best energy efficient products the industry has to offer for our company and customers by taking energy efficient products from concept to implementation. He uses both his creative and analytical talents to conceptualize new ideas, research the new ideas, and evaluate them objectively from a market and financial standpoint. He is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of energy efficient product development at SunGate. Chris' entrepreneur spirit and personal relationships with award winning alternative energy manufactures has rewarded Sungate with some if the best manufactures and products the solar industry has to offer. Chris is currently pursuing studies in Climatology and intend's to help our planet become less dependent on foreign oil and the usage of coal. Chris enjoys his family, scuba diving, flying kites, web design and relaxing in his spare time. Quote from Chris - "I LOVE life, what's in it, and will do what is necessary to make it a better place for everyone to live in". Chris' professional background prior to getting involved in the solar industry, he worked for The Los Angeles Times in the capacity of Sergeant for thirteen years and for The City of San Gabriel as a Police Officer for a term of five years. Chris wrote a document called "Our GREEN Planet", which covers an extensive background of environmental issues such as, "The Biosphere", "Climate-Tipping", "Reflectivity", "Permafrost", "Facts of Global Warming" and possible solutions for it's global recovery by lowering global temperature thus reducing water vapor levels to reduce CO2 emissions. |

Chris Zepponi joined Sungate Energy Solutions, Inc., as a leading Senior Field Manager in marketing, and new business development for the Bay Area. With over 7 years experience in the Home Improvement industry, Chris applies strong expertise in sales and long-term strategic planning for the company. Chris has been the leading top producer in the history of the company! He has been awarded top producer and salesman of the year honors for 3 consecutive years (2006-2009). Chris also progressively recruits, trains, and directs the Northern California Division team. Prior to joining Sungate Energy Solutions, Inc, Chris was a Sales/Recruitment Manager for Future Computer Technical Recruitment LLC/StormTech Search LLC., for 7 years where he led and managed staff of 30 technical recruiters and all aspects of sales. Chris increased the firm's office revenues by 500% in each respective year. Chris Zepponi holds a B.S.B.A Degree in Business Marketing from University of San Francisco in 1993. |

Angela Martens has served Sungate Energy Solutions in a number of capacities since 2005, first in the Production division of Sungate and then Sales. My name is Scott Johnson. It's my responsibility to see that our dedicated Sungate employees get their well deserved paycheck each week. I also assist our Human Resources Manager in any way possible. I also work closely with our VP of Operations and Finance.
