Bradley Smith is the CEO and Founder of Sungate Energy Solutions. Through his professional leadership team, Bradley actively directs all operations of the company, from Marketing to Sales and Production and administration and accounting. Bradley is a big believer in taking care of his customers and his employees. Bradley has been in the construction industry for over 3 decades and understands all aspects of the home improvement industry. He also and obtained a Masters Degree from the university of Ca. Santa Barbara.

Brad is no stranger to the Home Improvement Industry. Having spent several years, working his way through college building and personally improving homes as a contractor, then 8 years working for home Improvement companies as a field representative and manager, he spent the last 20 years as a successful business owner and operator.

Brad's goal is to help homeowners improve their homes with not just a beautiful home improvement, but one that saves them money and helps the environment. With his vast experience in the industry, Bradley has carefully researched and selected the best products available in the industry. These products offer quality and in many cases quickly pay for themselves in energy savings. He has researched products that offer low maintenance, value and that increase your homes value. These products also offer energy solutions, such as Solar Home Energy systems, Energy Efficient Windows and Exterior Coating and Domestic Solar Hot Water Heating systems.

Alyson holds a BA, MBA, MA & MA Cert. with a background in Finance and Operations spanning from Treasury in a Fortune 500 Company and investment banking in New York to her current position with Sungate. Her travels have led her to remote destinations that promote alternative energy applications such as geothermal energy production in Iceland, wind power farms in New Mexico and environmental conservation in the Galapagos

My name is Terri Rivers. I operate out of the corporate office located in San Diego, Ca. and have been with SUNGATE ENERGY SOLUTIONS for two years.

My course of study and ongoing training coupled with fifteen years in Human Resources are a testament to the enjoyment I gain from my chosen field of work. I am the Marketing Manager here at Sungate Energy Solutions. I have been with the company for five years now and I can honestly say that I would not want to work any where else. I started at the bottom and through the years worked my way up to the top.

This company is the kind of place where if you have talent and want to succeed it does not go unnoticed. I went from making cold calls to working in our scheduling department.

After a year I became manager of the scheduling department. This department is sort of the hub of the company. They are the middle man between marketing and sales. After two years of managing that department I was promoted to Assistant Marketing Manager. After working hard and proving my devotion to the success of the company I became the Marketing Manager which is my current position.

I went to school for criminal justice and when I finished I thought that was the field I would go into. My enjoyment and level of satisfaction that I got from working with Sungate quickly changed my mind. Not only is this a fun and exciting place to work, it also a company that you know at the end of the day you have made a difference in peoples lives and the future of our planet.

It is very gratifying to work for a place where you know, for every customer gained, is a contribution to the future of our planet. All of products are top of the line, energy efficient products. Our product line will result in our customers getting a 100% return on investment, not many companies that can make that claim. Chris Zepponi joined Sungate Energy Solutions, Inc., as a leading Senior Field Manager in marketing, and new business development for the Bay Area. With over 7 years experience in the Home Improvement industry, Chris applies strong expertise in sales and long-term strategic planning for the company. Chris has been the leading top producer in the history of the company! He has been awarded top producer and salesman of the year honors for 3 consecutive years (2006-2009). Chris also progressively recruits, trains, and directs the Northern California Division team.

Prior to joining Sungate Energy Solutions, Inc, Chris was a Sales/Recruitment Manager for Future Computer Technical Recruitment LLC/StormTech Search LLC., for 7 years where he led and managed staff of 30 technical recruiters and all aspects of sales. Chris increased the firm's office revenues by 500% in each respective year.

Chris Zepponi holds a B.S.B.A Degree in Business Marketing from University of San Francisco in 1993.

Andy Tse graduated from Lewis and Clark College with degrees in chemistry and psychology. He conducted his post graduate studies in Business at Portland State University. Andy's ability to generate enthusiasm in the workplace has always made him a shining star in the industry. His product knowledge is vast and his dedication to clients unsurpassed.

Steve oversees the operations of our trained Energy Experts. Every Sungate representative goes through an extensive program to insure that homeowners can benefit in the most substantial manner. Steve's leadership and industry savvy is paramount in the overall strength of the entire Sungate Energy team.

My name is Jack Butler. I operate out of the corporate office located in San Diego, Ca. and have been with SUNGATE ENERGY SOLUTIONS for 16 years.

My course of study and ongoing training coupled with sixteen years in Production are a testament to the enjoyment I gain from my chosen field of work. I am responsible for the overall direction, coordination of the San Diego Production Staff.

My responsibility is to assign and coordinates all product installation, I oversea our customers permit process and CAD development.

My goal is to at the end of the day is to give 150% of my expertise to our SUNGATE customers.

Jacks’ overall direction in our production department and constant product training gives SUNGATE the cutting edge in delivering the best installation any integrator can offer.

Installation is very important. We stand behind our products with pride. In the case of our solar panels, for example, we have a twenty-five year customer guarantee. This means that everything we do must be done right - the first time. It's my job to make sure that is exactly what happens.

Shane is another one of Sungate's great hidden treasures. He's a great asset not just to the company but to the homeowner. There are many things that need to handled when configuring and installing energy efficient products. Shane's field expertise provides everything you need to get the job done right - the first time. Shane works out of the Hayward, California office and works with the entire Sungate team throughout California and Arizona.

Raquel assists the entire production team in a number of ways. Her key role is to insure that Sungate's valued customers get the absolute best service available. Raquel is able to expedite the many intricate production requirements necessary in order to provide homeowners with dependable, fast, quality installations.

Rebecca supports the Sungate sales staff and helps with human resources. She insures that all forms are properly filled out so that all customer installations go smoothly and efficiently. This is vital to the success of Sungate's excellent industry record. Rebecca works diligently to make each customer special.

Angela Martens has served Sungate Energy Solutions in a number of capacities since 2005, first in the Production division of Sungate and then Sales. Angela's exceptional customer service and organizational skills are fully utilized in her role as Office Administrator for the Northern California office. Everything from processing of contracts, customer service and event coordination fall upon her desk.

Her years of office and event experience are an asset to the Northern California Sungate office.

Avalon works closely with out Net metering program, this program enables our customers to use their own electricity generation to offset their consumption allowing their electric meters to spin backwards,. this position is mission critical so that our customers can take full advantage of sending power back to their utility.

She also works in our rebate processing department, this department helps facilitate rebate for our customers in California, Arizona and Nevada.

She plays an integral part in our customer care department to ensure that our customers receive the best support possible.

Avalon is currently pursuing a degree in business management

Rheya is in charge of speeding up the rebate process in order to help our customers get their rebate as fast as possible. She assists in calling customers to follow up on rebates statuses, contacting utility companies, entering reservations into our system, and overall keeping a close eye on every job needing a rebate in order to move the process along swiftly.

A recent graduate from San Diego State University, Beth is one of our newer team members. As part of the solar rebate processing team, she works diligently to ensure that customers receive their rebates and get their systems turned on in a timely manner. She enjoys speaking with our customers and helping them any way she can.

Edgardo is Sungate's finance manager. His responsibilities include helping Sungate's valued customers get funding for projects that will help them save money on energy efficient installations.

He is highly skilled and resourceful and often receives thank you cards from Sungate customers that he's helped by providing them with excellent solutions, great rates and smooth hassle-free financing.

His history as a finance specialist brings good opportunity for our happy Sungate customers.

My name is Scott Johnson. It's my responsibility to see that our dedicated Sungate employees get their well deserved paycheck each week. I also assist our Human Resources Manager in any way possible. I also work closely with our VP of Operations and Finance. I consider employees of Sungate my customers and, as we work in the customer service industry, I strive to provide a very high level of customer service.

I am one of Sungate's newer staff members. I handle the day to day accounts payable and accounts receivable operations. I have over five years of accounting experience. I graduated college with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management.

Even though I've relatively new here at Sungate I have really come to respect this corporation - especially when it comes to their dedication to their staff and their customers.
