The Simpson's 24-panel installation - San Diego, CA

Special thanks to Jack Butler,, Sungate's San Diego Division Production Manager for submitting these photos from one of Sungate's recent installs.

Sungate installers get the panel racking system in place. First they double check the positioning to comply with the engineering diagrams (blueprint) that is created by Sungate's system designers. This is something that is custom created with CAD (computer aided drawing) software, specifically for every home installation.

Once positioning specification verification is complete, the racking footers are mounted to the roof and individually sealed to guarantee they will be 100% water tight. Sungate is a licensed roofer and their expertise working on various types of roofing surfaces is unsurpassed in the industry.

After the mounting and sealing process is complete, panels are individually attached to the strong racking system. The way the panels are secured, they can easily handle any weather condition the western U.S. can dish out.

After all the panels are secured on the racking system, the electrical team begins wiring the system.

The solar panels proved a great deal of wattage which will power just about all the electricity this home uses. This power is delivered as direct current (DC) and must be converted to 110V alternating current (AC) for household use.

The panels on this home will provide so much electricity that two industry class A power converters were specified to deliver decades of FREE electricity from the sun.

The entire system gets inspected and the permits for that city or county are signed off.

The end results is that this home now has its very own micro-utillity power company. In fact, this home will produce so much electricity that San Diego Gas and Electric will actually be purchasing electricity from these homeowners from the extra energy produced by their solar system. This will be supplied to the (electric) grid to help provide electricity to other homes.

These homeowners will be paid for the electricity they produce.

Other Installations

Since the ancient times humans have worshipped the sun, feared it, admired it, woven tales around it, and recognized its near infinite power as far as the earth goes. It's only now we've been able to harness a tiny fraction of its power — a power popularly known as solar energy or solar power.

Are you looking for a viable energy solution for you home? We highly recommend solar panels and other solar energy products by Sungate Energy Solution: a clean energy company bringing cutting-edge clean energy solutions to the residents of California.

Why solar power?

The two overwhelming reasons are environmental and economical. We're on the brink of an ecological disaster due to our constant usage of fossil fuels. From generating domestic and industrial power to running automobiles, trains and aeroplanes, we pump into the atmosphere millions of tons of greenhouse gases everyday by burning fossil fuels. We are producing more carbon than the jungles and oceans can absorb. The results are rising temperatures and ominously unpredictable weather patterns. And we are not even talking about the recent BP oil spill — one of the greatest ecological disasters in the US history. And we're also not even talking about similar ecological disasters happening in various African countries almost on a weekly basis.

So why leave a totally messed up environmental legacy for your children and grandchildren when you can totally avoid this?

Installing photovoltaic solar panels — preferably by Sungate Energy Solutions if you happen to be in Northern California — at home is the most energy efficient solution you can go for. They produce zero pollution and they are totally non-intrusive. You can place them somewhere they can get lots of exposure to sun, preferably on your roof. Once they are operational, you can immediately reduce your conventional energy consumption.

Does a solar panel installation immediately eliminate the need for conventional energy sources like electricity and gas? Unfortunately, not right now, but fortunately, clean energy companies like Sungate Energy Solutions are taking great strides towards creating totally fossil-fuel-free communities. Nonetheless, you can easily reduce your conventional power consumption by up to 30 to 40% and even more. In many households, for instance, water heating is done through solar energy and they are even running multiple electrical appliances.

The initial cost may deter you, but think of the long-term saving, both in terms of money and reducing your carbon foot print. Once installed, solar panels go on producing energy without incurring you recurring cost. You'll need to get them serviced once in a while but that doesn't amount to much.

When you go for solar energy you also set a great example for your children and people you know. The energy of the sun is inexhaustible — we are never, ever going to run out of it. With encouraging response from you and other similar-minded people who worry about the future of the planet there will soon come a time when all our energy requirements will be fulfilled by cleaner energy sources like solar power. A great advantage of being in California is that you get abundant supply of the sun. Want to be a pioneer? Contact Sungate Energy Solutions today: your children will thank you for that.

Lakeside, California Solar Install

Wayne and Colette Waddington's in Lakeside are saving money on their electric bill... Thank you Sungate Energy Solutions.

Although solar panels are great looking today - compared to years ago - in many instances, they are never even viewable from the ground. These panels, fitted perfectly on the south side of the home can not be seen from the front of the hous at all.
